Brittney’s volleyball journey has taken her from high school volleyball through the junior college and NCAA Division II levels as a player. As a coach, she’s worked with boys and girls across every age group, from 8U through 18U. Today, she serves as the head boys and girls Head Coach at Salinas High School.

Through it all, her passion has remained the same: the kids and the game.

Brittney believes some of the greatest growth happens in the moments between success and failure, challenging athletes to work through both, build confidence and discover what they’re capable of.
